Miscellaneous Art Projects
Abstract alcohol ink class at Olbrich Gardens.

Took a class at the Wisconsin Union to try out watercolor. I mean for a first effort I guess it was okay…

As part of a work conference, I participated in a social event where everybody followed along with an instructor. Eh, never been much of a painter!

I can’t take credit for the original logo design, but I did some tweaking to create this vinyl sticker.

I’m hardly a graphic designer, but I put this together to promote a work project. I need to share credit though; a colleague provided input and additional work on the design. It was a fun little project.

Jewelry Class. Natalie and I took a jewelry-making class at the Wisconsin Union, and made bracelets like this. I opted for nickel, she tried copper. I failed to take pictures along the way, but it was amazing how many steps were required to create something relatively simple.

Iron Art workshop at Olbrich Botanical Gardens. Clay is molded into whatever you want to create, then they do an iron pour later.

Planning to. put it outside where it will rust alongside all of the other metal sculptures I’ve created.

Backlit Wisconsin Sign. My daughter and I put together this outdoor sign from some milled cedar boards. Pretty simple to make!
